Progress

Families have already moved into 200 brand-new homes – including 151 for affordable rent – and over 550 more are being delivered on live or committed sites. The Partnership is well on track to meet its target of 1,500 new homes by 2020.

Social Value

The Partnership is looking beyond new homes and aims to improve the prospects of the city, its communities and residents. It’s about providing local sustainable jobs, training opportunities and apprenticeships, whilst raising life chances and personal aspirations.
