A ground-breaking approach to housing delivery, the Liverpool Housing Partnership’s ambitious five-year vision is creating 1,500 brand-new homes across Liverpool, and bringing another 1,000 back into use.

Formed in 2015, it’s an agreement between Liverpool City Council, private developer Redrow Homes, affordable housing provider Liverpool Mutual Homes and property contractor Willmott Dixon to deliver much-needed new homes in partnership.

Each organisation brings complementary skills, experience and knowledge to the table.
