A charming collection of Arts & Crafts inspired family homes, which all comply with Lifetime Homes Standards, Redbridge Park was the first Redrow development in the north of the city as part of the Liverpool Housing Partnership.
Redbridge Park features three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties from Redrow’s Heritage Collection, which combines traditional exteriors with stylish and modern interiors.
Ideally situated for commuters and families, Fazakerley train station is around 20 minutes’ walk away for trains into Liverpool Central. There are shops and amenities locally, including Kirkby Golf Course and the iconic Aintree Racecourse, home of the famous Grand National. Liverpool city centre is just 20 minutes away by car and there is good access to the M57 motorway.
The two community special schools which formerly occupied the site merged and moved in to a new £5m facility on Long Lane before work began at Redbridge Park. The state of the art facilities form part of the Mayor’s £169 million Liverpool Schools Investment Programme, which is seeing at least 12 schools rebuilt or refurbished across the city.
Redrow made a direct contribution of circa £60,000 towards improving public open space locally.
